When you submit an enquiry, we collect the information you provide: your name, work email, mobile number, company, annual revenue band (optional), your message and whether you are interested in the Lead Grid programme.
We may also collect limited technical information such as your browser type and general usage of the website through standard web logs.

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, assess whether Dungbeetle is a good fit for your needs, prepare an initial diagnostic, and communicate with you about our services. If you opt into Lead Grid, we use it to evaluate a partnership and set up a pilot.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your enquiry data for unrelated marketing without your consent.
3. Email communications
When you submit a form, an internal notification is sent to our team and an acknowledgement email may be sent to the address you provided. These emails are sent from our official dungbeetle.in mailboxes (hello@dungbeetle.in and partner@dungbeetle.in).
4. Storage and security
Enquiry data is stored securely in our systems and access is restricted to authorised Dungbeetle personnel. We retain enquiry data only for as long as necessary to respond to you and for legitimate business and record-keeping purposes.
5. Sharing your information
For the Lead Grid programme, and only with your consent, relevant customer information may be shared with a single matched interior design partner for the purpose of presenting design and pricing. We do not resell data or broadcast it to multiple vendors.
We may use trusted service providers (for example, email and hosting infrastructure) who process data on our behalf under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
6. Your rights
