These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Dungbeetle website and the engagement of Dungbeetle's growth consulting services. By using this website or engaging Dungbeetle, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are
Dungbeetle (“Dungbeetle”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a growth consultancy for B2B and B2C startups and small and medium enterprises (SMEs) operating in India, with teams in Hyderabad and Bangalore. This website is operated by Dungbeetle for the purpose of describing our services and receiving business enquiries.
2. Use of this website
This website and its content are provided for general information about our services. You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with its normal operation.
All content, copy, design, logos and marks on this website are the property of Dungbeetle or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or reused without our prior written consent.
3. Enquiries and communication
When you submit an enquiry through our contact or Lead Grid forms, you consent to us contacting you at the email address and phone number you provide, using them to respond to your enquiry, assess fit, and share relevant information about our services.
Submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship. A client relationship begins only when a written engagement or statement of work is agreed between you and Dungbeetle.
4. Engagements and fees
The scope, deliverables, timelines and commercials of any engagement are defined in a separate written agreement. Where fees are performance- or outcome-linked (including the Lead Grid partnership programme), the specific fee basis, triggers and payment terms are set out in that agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, estimates, projections, calculators and revenue scenarios shown on this website are illustrative only and are not guarantees of results.
5. Lead Grid partnership programme
Lead Grid is Dungbeetle's managed revenue partnership for home inspection companies in India. Participation is governed by a separate partnership agreement. Pilot terms, fee percentages, non-exclusivity, reporting cadence and payout conditions are defined in that agreement and prevail over any summary shown on this website.
6. Intellectual property
Frameworks, systems, methods and materials developed by Dungbeetle remain our intellectual property unless expressly assigned to you in a signed agreement. You retain ownership of your own data, brand and pre-existing materials.
7. Confidentiality
Information exchanged in the course of an enquiry or engagement that is marked or reasonably understood to be confidential will be treated as such and used only for the purpose of assessing or delivering the engagement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dungbeetle is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this website. Our liability in relation to any engagement is limited as set out in the applicable engagement agreement.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising in connection with this website or these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
